Cancelling your registration can be at the very latest one work day prior to the start of the meeting (Friday 16 October, 15.00 hr), preferably by sending an email to our office. In case of not cancelling your registration, or cancelling your registration too late, NWO will charge you the costs of both accommodation and boarding.
